Join the Homes by Kathy Smith Family
at the Annual Celebration Event

Having fun in the Charlotte Knights suiteWe invite you to go beyond the transaction. Choose a Broker who stays by your side long after the keys are exchanged, unlike Agents who disappear once the deal is done. At Homes by Kathy Smith, you don't just close a deal; you join a family that honors your story and empowers you to make a real impact.

That is the spirit behind our annual Celebration Events.

A Night to Celebrate

Each year, we host an exclusive celebration for our past and present Clients. It's a private gathering for those who have trusted us with their home story. In 2026, we brought this spirit to life in a private suite at the Charlotte Knights Baseball game, sharing a meal, laughter, and the excitement of the evening.

It is a chance to be surrounded by people who understand the weight and joy of buying or selling a home, and to mark those milestones as a unified family. When you choose Homes by Kathy Smith, you are joining a community that values your journey and stands ready to make a difference.

A Force for Good

Our commitment extends far beyond the real estate market. The Celebration Events serve as a powerful platform to give back to the Charlotte community, aligning with our core philanthropy initiative, the "Free Dog With Every Home Sold".

During our 2026 event, we launched a special fundraising challenge to support the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Animal Care & Control Shelter. It was inspiring to see our Clients rally together, proving that when we unite, we can bring real hope to animals in need. The funds raised go directly toward providing care, shelter, and hope for animals waiting for their own "forever home."

Join the Movement

Don't settle for an Agent who treats you like just another transaction. Work with a Broker who takes the time to listen to your needs and is committed to getting you the best results. Let's build a strategy tailored specifically for you. And when you join our family, you'll share in the joy of our annual celebrations and the pride of making a difference.

Stay tuned for details on the 2027 Celebration event. Let's make history, one home and one act of kindness at a time.
